Fanovia Limited (“FANOVIA”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how FANOVIA collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you use our websites, membership services, applications, campaigns, ticketing services, rewards programmes, merchandise services and other Services.

Where applicable, FANOVIA acts as the controller or business responsible for personal information processed through the Services. Depending on the Service, FANOVIA may also process information on behalf of an entertainment partner, IP owner, event organiser or other business partner.

FANOVIA generally does not need to store your full payment card number where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.
Fan and Engagement Information
We may collect information relating to your interaction with FANOVIA, including events attended, campaigns participated in, rewards claimed, content viewed, preferences, interactions with FANOVIA communications, platform activity, and engagement history.
User-Generated Content
If you upload photographs, videos, artwork, comments or other content, we may process the content and related metadata.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not necessarily stop essential service communications, such as account, transaction, security or legal notices.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

FANOVIA does not sell personal information simply because you become a member. Where applicable law defines certain disclosures as “selling” or “sharing”, FANOVIA will provide the rights and controls required by that law.

Where applicable, FANOVIA will provide the required methods for submitting and responding to California privacy requests.
